This past February, we deployed and maintained a Maintenance of Traffic plan at Elkton Rd and Casho Mill Rd. The traffic pattern plans began in Delaware and sprawled slightly into Maryland. In all, we were in charge of 20 miles of roadway. Like any other MOT plan, safety for all was the number one goal.
Lane shifts, closures, detours, and one-way patterns were set overnight by our extraordinary team of traffic control experts. Our lead Traffic Control Supervisor, Normal Littel, spearheaded the efforts and made sure everything ran according to plan.
